It was a good trip back to Cyberjaya!

After so many years since I left MMU, it feels good to be back in the not-so-cyber-jungle anymore! There are so many MNCs there.....suddenly the companies just mushroomed and made the whole vicinity more office-like, more lively and liveable and more majestic looking with nice lightings at night ( power wastage I would say) :p To say the least, I don't remember seeing LIM KOK WING's gigantic buildings there last time.....now it's a sight to behold with so many new buildings, companies etc... but STREET MALL is definitely here to stay.......still the same, nothing to shout about , maybe more shops to cater to the ever increasing Cyber's population!

Called up Peter, one of MMU's dear IT lecturers when I reached my uni and he was kind enough to bring me around MMU or I think it was me getting all excited and finally showing him around my former Management Faculty instead haha! IT people don't usually hang around in Management Faculty, thus he's excused to be BLUR haha! Anyway, it was a quick, unplanned tour that has made my day :)

We walked around level by level, reading the unfamiliar lecturers' and tutors' names.....and much to my delight, some of my wonderful lecturers are still around i.e Pn Nahariah, Aliza, Mr. Mak Loo and Mr. David Yong. Well, didn't manage to catch them because it was like I said, an unplanned visit back to MMU and secondly, it was late in the evening already! Then again, guess who was still around at that time?? DR LAI MING MING....yes, it's really good to catch up with her.....her bubbly personality always makes you feel right at home. Well, I didn't giggle so much now when DR LAI speaks with her Chinese accent and hand gestures as I fondly remember but she's still so funny, so sweet and pleasant looking :) Indeed, I owe it to her for teaching me ...... f-i-g-u-r-e-s haha, more specifically Finance! Never thought that one day, I'll end up teaching Finance myself.....In a nutshell, I have multitasked in my career :)

Went to Dengkil for dinner with CKL at SINKI ( boy, it's still around!!). The food used to be OK...and now...it's still OK haha! Not bad SINKI.... Anyway, CKL constantly reminded me and said, "Don't be so talkative!" His other remark was, "eat first, talk after dinner" So, I was refrained from talking throughout dinner (how miserable) but I still couldn't stop irritating him. Anyway, I enjoyed my QUIET dinner.....

CKL IS SUCH A JOKER at times..... he claimed to be more of a writer/poet than a communicator but I think he needs to get his grammar right first haha! Ai yor... I think he's sure to scold me after reading this....but then again, what are friends for if not to build one another up and to withstand whatever sarcasm! CKL writes from his heart and although his sweet note to his aunt was full of grammatical errors, yet I feel so touched and smiled after reading his words of encouragement! So, CKL ... you do have some plus points after all ! If I've never said this, here it is.... YOU HAVE A KIND HEART!

So, just keep up the good work CKL! By the way, my name is not Ms. CON.... it's connee, got it!
