Hi there everyone.... Welcome to my blog! I love to write but don't have the time to spare previously. So, hopefully, I'll be more hard-working this time round. Sit back and enjoy reading my blog as much as I enjoy putting my thoughts into words...

Did you know....

I have so much to accomplish in a day, so busy day in and out .... so, it's not quite true that although I'm not in the rat race anymore, I'm supposedly "free" from my work! A fallacy that would be :p Well, maybe I'm a workaholic....

Anyway, to summarise my activities for the past few weeks, I compiled my "Did u know list??" Here goes... Did you know....

1. I finally pierced my ears on 31 DECEMBER 2005, one of the most eventful days in my life!

2. Jacky Guo came to KL for one week in February 2006 to visit Hidaya and me while on his business trip. Hidaya and I were really delighted to see him; a changed person and indeed, we had a great time catching up with one another.... I would always remember Claude with his unkempt hair but Jacky, as always, would take care of his appearance + hair etc quite well. You're still the same, no worries.... perhaps more thoughtful and more mature now I reckon! FRIM outing wasn't that bad after all but canopy walk was closed for maintenance then, too bad!! Perhaps one day, I should visit him and the rest of my beloved friends in China when I learn up my Chinese haha....

3. I bought a small *blink blink* for the fun of it.... had lifetime guarantee.....wah, sounds good! It's a tiny INVISIBLE diamond pair of ear-rings to say the least.... even when you squint, you won't be able to see the diamond. What the heck!! CKL said, "not bad"....phew! Otherwise, I'll scream at him for giving me another nasty comment! haha....

4. But too bad, I had an ear infection two weeks ago and therefore one of my pierced ears has actually closed.... much to my short-lived joy of owning and wearing a pair of ear-rings haha!

5. None of my good old friends realised it during our dinner outing two weeks ago....sigh, what a disappointment!! Maybe the romantic place was too dark to notice.... It's like a smaller scale of "tamarind springs" called "Green Lotus" somewhere behind Lot 10 but it's a rather noisy place, I can hardly hear myself talking. Minus the bazaar atmosphere, it's the place to be for good food.
6. Made two crazy trips to Matta Fair on 18 and 19 March 2006 (where many booths were set up for the travel agents to promote domestic and overseas travelling). Saturday's crowd was bearable but on Sunday, I could only squeeze my way through..... maybe triple the crowd on Saturday! Needless to say, Malaysians are fond of being "last minute" in their culture, sigh!!

7. I really enjoyed my LRT ride to the Matta Fair.....it's been a while since I last took LRT. No traffic congestion but a little too crowded at certain hours.

8. I actually bumped into my former high school teacher, Mrs Wong at Marco's Pizza ( opposite Kelana Jaya LRT) and Kelvin Tan, my fellow toast master at Starbucks, The Mall shopping centre!! Of course, it was also good meeting up with Viola after so many years....she hasn't changed at all although she's a MRS. now......

9. CKL is actually very thoughtful, ain't as sarcastic as he used to be, a good friend to me, sometimes very unexpected ........ although still lazy ( likes to zzzzz)..... When no one else could spare me his/her precious time on 18 March, he actually took time off to accompany me......thank you friend! Really do appreciate it :p

10. Just when I thought no one noticed it, a little girl aged 12 actually came up to me and asked, "Why do you only wear one side of your ear-ring?" in a childlike manner. I was so touched because she noticed :)

When will I pierce my ear again? Don't know, maybe when my ear lobe has completely healed and when I pluck out enough courage once again. Another 31 December ??
